Reset Your Body Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oat bran
  • 1 tsp of psyllium husk
  • ½ cup of unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • Pinch of goof quality salt
  • ½ tsp of ground cardamom
  • ½ tsp of Ceylon cinnamon
  • ½ tsp of ground turmeric
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • ¾ cup of cashew butter
  • 1 piece of ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 tsp of date syrup or 3-4 pieces of Medjool dates, soaked, rinsed and processed
  • 2-3 TBSP of plant milk

Method:

  1. Combine all your dry ingredients well.
  2. Add your wet ingredients and mix until well combined and you have a sticky dough-like mixture.
  3. Wet your fingers with water and form little balls with your dough-like mixture.
  4. Optional: In a double boiler, melt your dark chocolate and coat half of your bites with melted chocolate.
  5. Place your Reset Your Body Bites into your fridge for 20 minutes and enjoy how delicious eating and living healthy can taste
  6. Your energy bites keep for one week in an airtight container for one week or for one month in the freezer.
