Ingredients:
- 1 cup of oat bran
- 1 tsp of psyllium husk
- ½ cup of unsweetened desiccated coconut
- Pinch of goof quality salt
- ½ tsp of ground cardamom
- ½ tsp of Ceylon cinnamon
- ½ tsp of ground turmeric
- Pinch of black pepper
- ¾ cup of cashew butter
- 1 piece of ripe banana, mashed
- 2 tsp of date syrup or 3-4 pieces of Medjool dates, soaked, rinsed and processed
- 2-3 TBSP of plant milk
Method:
- Combine all your dry ingredients well.
- Add your wet ingredients and mix until well combined and you have a sticky dough-like mixture.
- Wet your fingers with water and form little balls with your dough-like mixture.
- Optional: In a double boiler, melt your dark chocolate and coat half of your bites with melted chocolate.

- Your energy bites keep for one week in an airtight container for one week or for one month in the freezer.
