Green Superfood Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almond meal
  • 1 cup of unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • 1 TBSP of psyllium husk
  • 1 tsp of organic moringa powder (you can also use spirulina, barley grass or chlorella powder or mix all of them – depending on what you have available and your body`s needs)
  • 1 piece of ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 TBSP of almond butter
  • 4-5 tsp of rice malt syrup or date syrup or 3-4 pieces of Medjool dates, soaked, rinsed and processed
  • 1 TBSP of plant milk

 Method:

  1. Combine all your dry ingredients well.
  2. Add your wet ingredients and mix until well combined and you have a sticky dough-like mixture.
  3. Wet your fingers with water and form little balls with your dough-like mixture.
  4. Enjoy how delicious eating and living healthy can taste
  5. Your energy bites keep for one week in an airtight container for one week or for one month in the freezer.
