Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almond meal
- 1 cup of unsweetened desiccated coconut
- 1 TBSP of psyllium husk
- 1 tsp of organic moringa powder (you can also use spirulina, barley grass or chlorella powder or mix all of them – depending on what you have available and your body`s needs)
- 1 piece of ripe banana, mashed
- 2 TBSP of almond butter
- 4-5 tsp of rice malt syrup or date syrup or 3-4 pieces of Medjool dates, soaked, rinsed and processed
- 1 TBSP of plant milk
Method:
- Combine all your dry ingredients well.
- Add your wet ingredients and mix until well combined and you have a sticky dough-like mixture.
- Wet your fingers with water and form little balls with your dough-like mixture.

- Your energy bites keep for one week in an airtight container for one week or for one month in the freezer.
