My simple and so delicious protein rich and skin healing veggie-fish burgers
- 1-2 stalks of spring onion
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 small carrot
- 1-2 stalks of kale
- 1-2 stalks of celery
- 1 cup of mixed seeds (chia, sunflower, flaxseeds)
- 1 tin of organic kidney, canellini beans or chickpeas (rinsed and dried)
- 1 tin of wild-caught salmon or if you prefer tuna
- Good quality pepper and salt to taste
Blitz all ingredients in food processor and form into little patties. Use 1-2 Tbsp or extra virgin olive oil to fry in frying pan until golden brown on both sides and all through.
