Delicious Smoothies that Boost Health and Wellbeing

Gut Healer

1 glass of coconut water kefir

¼ of glass of fresh lemon water (juice of 1 lemon in 1 litre of filtered water)

1 banana

1-2 TBS of Aloe Vera juice (inner leaf extract)

Mint leaves

Small handful of spinach leaves

1 cup ice cubes

 

Skin smoother

1 glass of fresh almond milk

1-2 TBS of avocado

1 tsp of chia seeds

½ pear

1 cup roughly chopped pineapple

Small handful of spinach

Few squeezes of fresh lemon

1 cup ice cubes

 

Immune booster

1 cup of fresh or frozen mixed berries

½ – 1 banana

1 small knob of ginger

parsley

1 glass of fresh almond milk (if store bought be sure to check for added sugar)

1 TBS of avocado

1 cup ice cubes

Few squeezes of fresh lemon juice

Few stalks of kale

 

Chocolate delight

1 glass of fresh almond milk

2 TBS of raw cacao powder

1 tsp ground vanilla

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Pinch of ground nutmeg

1 banana

1 tsp of chia seeds

1-2 tsp of nutbutter or avocado

1 cup of ice cubes

(add 1-2 dates or 1 tsp of rice malt syrup of not sweet enough)
