Immune-boosting Orange Ginger Morning Shots

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 oranges (depending how juicy your orange and how sweet you like it), organic, freshly squeezed
  • 1-2 lemons, organic, freshly squeezed
  • 1-3 tsp of apple cider vinegar, raw, with mother
  • 1 little knob of fresh ginger, peeled and grated or at least chopped
  • 1 little knob of fresh turmeric root, peeled and grated or at least chopped
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tsp of flaxseed oil

Method:

  1. Squeeze your citrus fruits and add your raw apple cider vinegar with mother into your blender.
  2. Add your peeled and chopped ginger and turmeric.
  3. Add black pepper and flaxseed oil if using and blend until all ingredients well combined.
  4. Pour into a small shot glass and enjoy straight away!
