Good-Bye Cravings Caramel Chocolate Bites


  • ¾ cup of almond meal
  • 1 TBSP of tapioca flour
  • 1/3 cup + 3 TBSP of desiccated coconut
  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
  • ½ tsp of ground Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup + 1 TBSP of rice malt syrup
  • 1 cup of unsalted almond butter
  • 1 block of dark chocolate to coat (use at least 75% of cacao, I used 85% here but I sometimes even use 90%)


  1. In a bowl, mix all your dry ingredients.
  2. Add your wet ingredients and mix well until sticky batter forms.
  3. Roll into bite sized mouthfuls.
  4. In a double boiler, melt your chocolate and coat your bites with the melted chocolate.
  5. Place for 10-15 minutes into the fridge and enjoy how good your healthy life can taste and feel.
