I get attached to my favourites—delicious nuts, creamy matcha, avocado on everything, ghee in all the meals, and the freedom to run when I feel like it.

Not at all. An Ayurvedic cleanse is rooted in nourishment, not restriction. I often eat more during my cleanse to keep energy stable and cravings at bay. Most of my clients are surprised by how satisfying the meals are!

It’s normal to feel a little fatigue in the first day or two. That’s your body shifting gears. But by the end of the cleanse, most people feel more energised than they have in months. We build in space for rest, movement, and renewal.
