Immune-boosting, anti-inflammatory dal for radiant beauty
(vegetarian, gluten-free)
chop 1 brown onion
brown in 1 TBS of olive oil with
1tsp of yellow mustard seeds, 1-2 tsp of turmeric, 1 tsp of Masala
add 1 cup of red lentils (rinsed and drained)
add approx 3 cups of water (depending on amount of vegetables, use less if fewer veggies and more if more) bring to boil and then turn down heat and simmer
chop in 3/4 of head of cauliflower
1 courgette
1 red capsicum
add about 3 TBS of tomato passata
add about 1 TBS of quality salt (herbamare for example)
1/4 of tsp of pepper
simmer for about 30 to 45 min or until veggies cooked and all ingredients have combined into beautiful stewish consistency 🙂
Eat with brown rice, quinoa or cauliflower rice and enjoy!!!
