- 1 large ripe banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 large ripe banana, sliced (or alternatively 1 tsp of rice malt syrup)
- ½ cup of fresh almond mylk, unsweetened
- 2 TBSP of almond butter (alternatively: use ½ of ripe avocado)
- 2 TBSP of raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp of pure ground vanilla bean
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 TBSP of chia seeds
- 1 TBSP of maca powder
- Optional: 1 scoop of your favourite protein collagen (preferably unsweetened)
- Place all your ingredients into your high-speed blender and mix until well combined and texture creamy smooth.
- Top with fresh or frozen berries and a small handful of pumpkin seeds!
