Choco-licious Beauty Bowl



  • 1 large ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 large ripe banana, sliced (or alternatively 1 tsp of rice malt syrup)
  • ½ cup of fresh almond mylk, unsweetened
  • 2 TBSP of almond butter (alternatively: use ½ of ripe avocado)
  • 2 TBSP of raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp of pure ground vanilla bean
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP of chia seeds
  • 1 TBSP of maca powder
  • Optional: 1 scoop of your favourite protein collagen (preferably unsweetened)



  1. Place all your ingredients into your high-speed blender and mix until well combined and texture creamy smooth.
  2. Top with fresh or frozen berries and a small handful of pumpkin seeds!
