As we bid farewell to 2024, I invite you to take a moment and reflect.

For me, it’s about releasing the habit of overdoing, the constant chase of perfection, and those anxious moments that steal my peace.

Now, let’s look ahead to 2025 with a clear and focused vision.

For me, it’s all about creating more balance between being and doing, integrating work with play, and continuing my journey of learning in Ayurveda and holistic health. I aim to embrace self-growth, self-healing, and to welcome more ease and flow into my life.
